“ Everything was the Best. All the way from the food, customer service, cleanliness, everything was A. The food was fresh, hot & tasty. I have never been to this location before however I WILL be back to it. Ever since Covid it seems like Customer service has gone downhill everywhere EXCEPT here ..they run a tight ship and treat everyone with respect and courtesy. This location should teach others how a restaurant is be run. Keep up the hard work. See you all again soon . ”
“ Our table ordered fried dill pickles, ceaser wraps, super big boys, a reuben, and ice cream brownie sundae. The food tasted great and good portion sized. My only issue was that we felt a little rushed. It wasn't busy and around 6 on a Sunday. ”
“ Haven't been to Big Boys in years but happened to be in Livonia. I have good memories of the Slim Jim ham and cheese sandwich. My waitress was efficient and explained how the salad bar works. I ordered the Slim Jim sandwich upgrading from French fries to onion rings. The sandwich was as good as I remember, and the onion rings were fresh, crisp with soft cooked onions on the inside. Delicious, I will be back. ”
“ 2nd time I've ordered the Lumberjack Potato Pancake. It's really good. The meats inside are grilled a little before they incorporate them inside the folded "pancake". My husband had the soup and salad bar. Soup was nice and hot and the salad bar area was very clean looking. I think that's always so refreshing. Service was great. ”
“ Just wanted to send kudos out to Thomas Hutchison and the wait staff and the cooks !! Incredible job during an incredibly busy car show day !!!! We were 8 people including 2 elderly parents and Thomas came over repeatedly to try to make my Dementia stricken dad who was having a bad day. The wait staff got us everything we needed in an instant and I was watching food streaming out of the kitchen... those cooks were moving!! Great team !! ”

The new owners of this location have turned this big boys all the way around. 360 I have ate here three times this week! Donica And her sister Tina are doing an amazing job here! Love this place. “ Same Ol tradition! Had the Slim Jim and it was very good. As we looked around especially at the breakfast bar, they kept it clean and refreshed constantly. There is also a strawberry feature going on right now, refer to pics. Noticed a variety of individuals in the crowd, full age range. Staff was ver polite and made sure we had a nice visit. Not many Big Boys around, so visit here for some of the old school features and newer items. ”
